Greetings, Members, Family and Friends

On behalf of the Officers, Board of Trustees, and members of the Sagamore Yacht Club, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you. Thank you for visiting our website.

Sagamore is a unique place, offering a traditional yacht club organizational structure set within a relaxed and family-friendly environment. There is something for everyone at SYC, and we invite participation in all that we have to offer our boating, and non-boating membership. As a member-owned club since 1944, participation in the many activities we offer continues to be the keystone of our ongoing success and growth. Oyster Bay has been called "The Queen of Long Island's Harbors", and for good reason.

So whether you prefer sailing, cruising, skeet shooting, racing, fishing, informal family nights, formal events, food and bar service by the fire, or just taking in our "million dollar view", please come on down and get to know the club. We hope to see you often.

Remember to watch the "Scuttlebutt", our monthly newsletter, or this website, for regular updates on news, club calendar, meetings and events. We welcome your suggestions on how to make the Sagamore experience a better one, and encourage all to take an active role by participating in the committee of your choice.
